Henry Curtis

Henry supports a variety of functions at Energy Foundry, including due diligence and investor relations. He is a lifelong tinkerer with a deep understanding of technical subjects ranging from material science to infrastructure development.

He first joined Energy Foundry as an intern while working on his MBA at the University of Chicago, bringing additional investment experience and technical knowledge to the team. He was responsible for due diligence support, financial modeling, and industry deep dives. After interning for more than a year, he was brought on full-time as a Senior Associate.

Prior to joining Energy Foundry, Henry worked in Chicago at AMG National Trust Bank, a boutique private wealth management firm. As a Financial Counselor at AMG, he built and managed portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and advised clients on long-term financial planning. Henry’s investment experience at AMG covers both public and private markets, including private placements into renewable energy projects.

Henry received his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Strategic Management. Outside of Energy Foundry, Henry enjoys skiing, golfing, and reading research publications about technical innovation.
